GUIDED MICRODOSING WITH AMANITA
How to Get Started
Schedule a discovery call to begin the conversation.
Together, we’ll explore whether this path feels aligned for you and what it looks like to get started. You’ll come away with a clear sense of how the process works and how to move forward, if it feels right.
What does the process look like?
You’ll be making a tea concentrate from dried mushroom caps and are guided to find your dose and follow your protocol from there.
This isn’t something you’re left to navigate alone. The process is steady and supported, giving you a clear rhythm to work within as your body begins to adjust.
We move within a six-week container to begin noticing change with microdosing — subtle shifts in sleep, stress response, and overall steadiness.
Your microdosing schedule spans about two months before moving into maintenance — a point where you’ve experienced meaningful shifts and are simply supporting the new state that’s already begun to take root.
The pace is gradual, allowing the nervous system to adjust in a way that feels integrated and sustainable.
Tea Ceremony Offering
We make your tea together in a sacred ceremony and safe container.
Together we will look at what your intentions are for making this medicine and set goals for moving forward.
The tea is imbibed with your intentions, your prayers, and your heart.
What’s Included?
Amanita Microdosing Kit
Carefully prepared dried Amanita caps, along with the storage jars you’ll use throughout the process.
Launching Guidance Session (90 minutes)
A spacious attunement session devoted to your story, your history, and the intentions guiding you — where we clarify what you’re truly seeking and shape how Amanita will meet and support those goals.
From there, we’ll move into preparation and dosing, creating a rhythm that supports your nervous system and your life, so you feel steady and supported as you begin.
