Microdosing with Amanita Muscaria
A Gentle & Powerful Path Towards Balance
Amanita Muscaria is a mushroom that holds the potential to help us reprogram our nervous systems and heal our traumas, allowing us to feel:
Calm, Connected, Present, & Safe
A note about gentleness and the healing process:
There is a profound power in approaching the healing process in a gentle and patient way.
Working with Amanita can bring very noticeable relief—letting us get to those deeper layers, process them, and release them with greater ease.
What if “healing” didn’t have to be such an uphill battle? What if there was an ally here to help bring grounding, strength, and balance to the nervous system so that “doing the work” could feel manageable and hopeful?
What might Amanita be able to help support?
Anxiety, Addiction, Depression, PTSD, Insomnia, Relationship Issues, Difficult Life Transitions, Grief & Loss, Neuro-Divergence, & Hyper-sensitivity
“We are more closely related to fungi than any other kingdom - what this means is we are descendants of mycelium, mycelium is the mother of us all.”
—Paul Stamets
My name is Louise, and I am the creator of Golden Umbra.
I hold a dual masters in Counseling and Art Therapy and am licensed as a mental health counselor, LMHC. I have spent most of my adult life in the pursuit of creativity, wellness, and seeking more empowered ways of being.
I believe deeply in the healing potential Amanita as medicine has for our nervous systems when approached gently and with guidance.
Amanita Muscaria has been instrumental in my own healing journey and with my neuro-divergence.
I have experienced significant healing of my own trauma history, grief, and nervous system by working with Amanita.
What does Golden Umbra mean?
Umbra is the darkest part of the shadow of an eclipse. When I imagined into creating a platform to offer my services as a microdosing guide and facilitator of wellness sessions, I wanted to encapsulate the concept of light shining in the darkness.
Golden Umbra is the illumination of a path forward, from darkness into light.
My Dad often says, “Breakdown is the beginning of a breakthrough”…it has become our motto and anthem through illnesses, struggles, profound losses, and painful life experiences.
